YOGA CARDS Is a deck of cards, which on one side shows the Asana (Yoga Positions) and on the back side the benefits and contraindications. Additionally is has an Index of the healing Asanas to treat various ailments and Illnesses based on BKS Iyengar’s experiences as indicated in the back of his book “Light on Yoga”. Each illness or Ailment indicates the sequence and which cards to used for relieving / curing them.
