A traditional style of meditation cushion, our Zafu is a round cushion with pleated sides. We fill our Zafus with buckwheat hulls, which mold to the shape of your body, yet are resilient. The cotton cover is zippered, so you can add or remove filling to customize your cushion. Convenient handle is attached.
